Cancellations Policy

My cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to your appointment; payment in full remains due for sessions cancelled within this time period, this policy exists to preserve the availability of appointments for all clients.

In the event of a cancellation, I may be able to offer an alternative meeting time or date within the same week of a cancelled session and will endeavour to do so. 

Should I need to cancel or reschedule a booked session, I will do all I can to ensure that you are inconvenienced as little as possible, and will give a minimum of 72 hours’ notice of cancellation wherever possible.

I do take occasional breaks. I will endeavour to let you know of these dates well in advance of the break.

Availability

My telephone remains on between 9am and 8pm Monday to Friday, similarly I respond to my emails between these hours also and I will always do my best to answer any calls or texts or emails related to our appointments between these hours, however if I am unavailable due to being with a client or otherwise engaged, if you would be happy to leave a brief message and a convenient time to contact you I will always endeavour to do so as soon as possible.

Please be aware that therapy is not an emergency service therefore if you find yourself in a crisis situation and need immediate support please contact the relevant services and/or helplines.
