Receiving support can help you to break free from the negative cycles that you may feel stuck in. Having the opportunity to talk about things can help you to process them and as a result of this, you may begin to feel lighter and more confident.

When things get too much, it can feel like you aren’t in control of yourself or your emotions. Working with a therapist can help you find the ability to take back control and recognise that your power lies in being able to cope with life and how you feel.
